Your inventory accuracy is not one number
The same warehouse can measure 19% accurate or 76% accurate on the same day, depending on which formula you use. Here is why that matters more than the benchmark you were quoted.
The calls you never knew you missed
Shops under five techs book 24% of their calls. Shops over twenty-five book 59%. The gap is not talent — it is who is available to answer, and what happens when nobody is.
Reminders will not fix your no-show rate
The peer-reviewed evidence says text reminders work about as well as phone calls, no-show fees do not work at all, and the strongest predictor is something most clinics never measure.
The intake form that can disqualify your firm
An intake form that collects the whole story before the conflicts check runs can impute a disqualification to your entire firm. The ABA said so explicitly in 2024.
The CRM failure rate everyone quotes is a misquote
"70% of CRM projects fail" traces to one Gartner survey question from 2001 — which asked something different, and whose own author put real failure at about 5%.
