These terms cover use of the skygnosis.com website. Paid engagements are governed by a separate signed Statement of Work (SOW) + Master Services Agreement (MSA) — these site terms do not constitute the commercial contract. Who we are
Skygnosis is an AI engineering studio operating from India. By using skygnosis.com (the “Site”) you agree to these terms.
What the site provides
The Site is an informational website describing our services, methodology (the Inference Engine™), pricing, and previous work. Submitting the contact form, booking a discovery call, downloading the Playbook, or subscribing to the newsletter does not create a commercial relationship. Commercial relationships begin only when both parties sign a written engagement contract.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, code samples, designs, the Inference Engine™ methodology and name, logos, and trademarks — is owned by Skygnosis or its licensors. You may share links to Site pages and quote brief excerpts with attribution. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial use without written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site to send spam, abuse the contact form, or attempt mass scraping
- Reverse-engineer protected code or attempt to access systems you are not authorised to use
- Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or the source of your communications
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
We reserve the right to block any IP, account, or country from accessing the Site if these terms are abused.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided “as-is” and “as-available.” We make no warranties — express or implied — about availability, accuracy of content, or fitness for any particular purpose. Our blog posts, methodology pages, and pricing reflect our current views and are subject to change. Nothing on the Site is a binding commitment until incorporated into a signed engagement contract.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Skygnosis’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site is limited to INR 50,000 (approximately USD 600). We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunity, or goodwill.
This cap applies to Site-use only. Liability arising from a paid engagement is governed separately by your signed MSA, not by these site terms.
Privacy
How we handle your data on the Site is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Site you agree to that policy.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from the use of the Site that cannot be resolved through informal negotiation will be resolved by the courts of India. For commercial engagements, dispute resolution is governed by your signed MSA, which may specify arbitration or alternative jurisdiction.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using the Site at any time. Termination of Site access does not affect ongoing engagement obligations under a signed SOW or MSA.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms periodically. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage for at least 14 days.
