Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 28 October 2026

This policy applies to every GPU server, cluster and engineering service Skygnosis provides or runs for you. It sits alongside our Terms of Service and your order form. It is being reviewed by counsel; questions go to info@skygnosis.com.

Not allowed

You may not use GPUs or services provided through Skygnosis for:

  • Anything illegal, including any content that sexualizes minors
  • Attacks on other systems, malware, phishing or spam
  • Cryptocurrency mining, unless we have agreed to it in writing
  • Use by or for sanctioned countries, regions or parties, including those on US, UN and EU sanctions lists
  • Weapons development or any other end use prohibited under export control rules
  • Reselling or sharing access without our written consent
  • Anything that breaks the data center provider’s own policies

Checks we run

Before provisioning we verify every customer and screen them against US, UN and EU sanctions lists. We may ask what a workload is for when the answer affects export or sanctions rules.

What happens if this policy is broken

We suspend access immediately, with notice where possible. Where the law requires it, we report the activity to the data center provider or to the authorities. Fees for the current term remain payable.

Reporting misuse

If you believe a system we run is being misused, email info@skygnosis.com with what you saw and when.
