A few years ago, almost every AI agency was selling the same thing: a clever demo. The demos worked. The production deployments rarely did.

The problem wasn’t the AI — it was the handoff between strategy and engineering. Most agencies treat AI like a one-off project: discovery in week 1, code in week 2, “we’ll figure out production together.” Production never came.
We started Skygnosis because production AI is a different craft from demo AI. It needs an engineering culture, not a consulting one. It needs a delivery system, not a project plan. It needs honesty about what’s actually shippable in 28 days.
