Solar installers & EPCs

Solar software that follows the file after the sale.

Most solar CRMs stop at the proposal. The money leaks later: subsidy files waiting on a document, DISCOM inspections nobody chased, panels with no serial on record, invoices raised a month late. We build the system that tracks all of it.

The problem

A rooftop job is a file with fifteen steps and four outside parties.

Customer, DISCOM, the national portal and the bank or financier each hold up a step. When the status lives in WhatsApp groups and one coordinator’s head, files stall, subsidies arrive late and cash gets stuck between installation and payment.

What we build

One system from the first call to the last AMC visit.

Built around how your team works, in your language, and on the phone your site engineers already carry.

  • Lead capture from ads, IndiaMART and your website, with follow-up reminders
  • Site survey and quotation with your own price list and subsidy slabs
  • PM Surya Ghar and net-metering file tracker: every document, every stage, every owner
  • Inventory by serial number for panels and inverters, linked to each site
  • Milestone invoicing and payment follow-up
  • AMC and service tickets, with WhatsApp reminders to customers
  • Owner dashboard: files stuck, cash pending, jobs by stage

How we work

Map first, build second, keep it running.

We start with a free audit of one process, usually the subsidy file or the handover from sales to installation. If an off-the-shelf solar CRM fits your size, we will tell you so. If you need a custom system, we build it in milestones you approve, migrate your data from spreadsheets or Zoho, and all code and IP transfer to you.

Questions

Do you sell a ready-made solar CRM?

No. We build a system around your process and you own the code. For a small installer doing a handful of rooftops a month, a ready-made solar CRM or Zoho is often enough, and we will say so in the audit.

Can it track PM Surya Ghar subsidy files?

Yes. The file tracker records every document and stage of a rooftop application, who it is waiting on, and how long it has been there, so stuck files show up before the customer calls.

Do you work with installers outside India?

Yes. The subsidy and approval steps change by country and utility, but the shape of the job does not: lead, survey, quote, permit, install, inspection, payment, maintenance.

How long does a build take?

A first working version for one process usually takes weeks, not months. The audit gives you a rough timeline and cost before you commit to anything.
