Key Responsibilities

• Mobile App Development:
  Collaborate with senior developers to design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• State Management & Integration:
  Implement Redux for effective state management and integrate with social media platforms, RESTful APIs, and third-party services to enrich application functionality.
• Full Stack Collaboration:
  Work closely with backend teams to design and integrate server-side components, ensuring seamless data flow and robust performance across the stack.
• UI/UX Implementation:
  Translate design prototypes into high-quality, responsive user interfaces while maintaining consistency and performance across devices.
• Testing & Debugging:
  Assist in testing, troubleshooting, and optimizing application performance to deliver a smooth, bug-free user experience.
• Documentation & Code Reviews:
  Participate in regular code reviews and maintain detailed documentation for all new features and enhancements to support future development.
• Continuous Learning:
  Stay up to date with the latest Flutter releases, industry trends, and best practices, and actively contribute ideas for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Education:
  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience:
  1-2 year of hands-on experience in Flutter development through internships, bootcamps, or project work.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Flutter and Dart.
  • Basic understanding of Redux for state management.
  • Familiarity with integrating RESTful APIs and social media platforms.
  • Exposure to full stack development concepts, including backend services (experience with Firebase, Node.js, or similar frameworks is a plus).
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and responsive design.
• Certifications (a plus):
  Any mobile development or Flutter-related certifications.
• Soft Skills:
  Excellent communication, strong problem-solving abilities, and a keen willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
