Key Responsibilities

• Assist in Development: Work closely with senior developers to build and customize Salesforce applications, triggers, workflows, and processes.
• Support & Maintenance: Help troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring a smooth operation of existing Salesforce implementations.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Coordinate with stakeholders such as sales, marketing, and customer service to gather requirements and deliver effective Salesforce solutions.
• Code Reviews & Documentation: Participate in code reviews to maintain coding standards and document any new processes or changes for future reference.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience: 0–1 year of hands-on experience in Salesforce development (internships, bootcamps, or project work also considered).
• Technical Skills: Basic understanding of Salesforce configurations (flows, process builders), Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL. Familiarity with web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Certification (a plus): Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Platform Developer I.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn
